GENERAL

Every order at dot JPG designs is made with care, caffeine, and an unreasonable amount of attention to detail. Because each piece is custom, handcrafted, or creatively chaotic (in the best way), delivery timelines are a little different depending on what you’ve ordered.

Here’s everything you need to know so you're not refreshing your inbox—or mailbox—daily.

TURNAROUND TIMES, aka “When Will I Get My Beautiful Thing?”

Each piece and project is one-of-a-kind, which means we take our time to get it just right. Here's a general guide to how long you can expect to wait (in the best way):

  • Custom Portraits – Up to 6 weeks before shipping. It’s not rushed—it’s radiant.

  • Art Prints – 2–3 weeks before shipping. Printed to order, packaged with care.

  • Brand Design – 4–8 weeks, depending on your package. Big visuals need big vision (and a little back and forth).

  • Website Design – 12–20 weeks, depending on scope. It’s your digital home—we’re not slapping it together.

You’ll get regular updates along the way, and we’re always happy to answer “how’s it going?” emails (we get it—we’d be excited too). We’ll keep you posted as we go, because ghosting is for exes—not creatives.

SHIPPING : The boring (but important) bits

  • Carriers: We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on size and location. Yes, you’ll get tracking. Of course.

  • Shipping Costs: Paid by you, the chic art collector. Unless there's a promo (which, you know, we love a deal too).

  • Packaging: Everything is packed with care in acid-free, sustainable materials—because we like our planet, and your art deserves a first-class ride.

If your package arrives damaged (rude), contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.

DIGITAL DELIVERES, AKA the Inbox Glow-Up

Digital files (logos, brand guides, web designs, etc.) are sent to the email address we’ve been chatting through—unless you say otherwise. Everything will be delivered via a private Google Drive link, organized, aesthetic, and ready for download. No Dropbox drama here.

DELAYS - because hey, we're human

While we do everything we can to stick to timelines, things happen—like creativity needing more space, or life being life. If there’s a delay, we’ll let you know. We're not into ghosting, remember?

Have a deadline? Let us know before you book. We can’t time travel (yet), but we can plan ahead.​

RECAP

  • Art takes time. Great design takes a little longer.

  • Shipping = USPS or UPS. Client pays unless otherwise noted.

  • Digital files = Google Drive link, emailed to your inbox like the gift it is.

  • Everything is packed sustainably because we’re not monsters.
